Two Main Factors for Pricing Commissions

1. Level of detail/difficulty

2. Size of painting

My current pricing is $1-$3 per square inch depending on detail. This can give you an idea for what to expect. Example: 5''x7'' loose fox painting without lots of detail and minimal background would be priced at $1 per square inch making the painting $35 where as the same size painting but with full detail in the fox and including detailed background would be priced at $3 per square inch making the painting $165

I love having reference images so I know the painting you get is truly what you want. Any input is wonderful, but I can also do paintings and choose my own reference images. Maybe you want a fox in a certain position (bounding through a field), or maybe you would like a painting of a field with trees in the distance a stream cutting through. Details like those can be helpful with no reference image. Reference images aren't required for commissioned pieces but they can be helpful. 

Currently I have a 3 month lead time on commissioned paintings. I want the painting to be just right and that doesn't always happen over night (sometimes with a little coffee it does). So this allows me to have a good amount of time to create a beautiful piece you'll love for years and years.
